It looks as if you have Compatibility Mode turned ON. Under Tools - Compatibility View settings, remove estudy.org.
Internet Explorer 11 on Windows, Chrome on Windows and OS X, Microsoft Edge on Windows 10, and Safari on OS X are fully supported.
